The college was opened on August 1, 2016. The college was founded on the basis of the Faculty of general education disciplines of Taraz University named after M. H. Dulati in Karatau.
The mission of the college is to form a highly professional and socially successful person, provide high – quality educational services and increase the level of training of specialists in demand in the labor market.
The purpose of the college is to improve the educational process, meet the needs of society, the state and the individual in obtaining quality education, creating great opportunities for choosing the type, term, content of training.
The main task of the college is to improve the quality of training of specialists and ensure the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market.
In its activities, the college is guided by regulatory, legal and instructional documents of the Ministry of Science and education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the rules of the college.
The college uses the following material and technical base for educational work: an academic building, an indoor sports complex and a hostel. In addition, the college has a dining room for 50 seats, a medical office, 2 computer classes with internet access, equipped with 20 computers and interactive whiteboards, and a reading room for 50 seats. The college uses 25 classrooms, 4 laboratories and 2 workshops in the educational process.
The college has a pedagogical Council, a methodological Council and a 2-cycle methodological Commission.
